LES ILES DU SALOUM MARLODJ (THE SALOUM ISLANDS)

Inland Discovery by 4WD cars. Visit of villages and especially the large weekly market. Folk, colorful and lively, the market reminds of your fairs, Zebu, sheep, goats, horses, donkeys, chickens, millet, rice, groundnuts etc ... are sold. Barter, former exchange system, remains valid. 

Back to 4x4WD cars then boarding for Ndangane in motorized canoe. A trip of over an hour on the bolongs or mangroves, where you can discover through the islands, aquatic birds such as pelicans, flamingos, egrets, gulls, etc. ... 

The picnic is planned on the island of MARLODJ, where you can feel alizee winds. You can take a nap in suspended hammocks. Back to canoes, then on 4X4wd vehicles. On the way back, stop by the big baobab tree over 23 m in circumference
